How much: There is no cost to attend, but guests will be asked for financial contributions. Breakfast is provided.
Keynote speakers: Mimi McDonald considers herself lucky. When she was born, doctors detected a heart murmur that was later diagnosed as aortic stenosis. After a few surgical repairs, she received a donor heart valve in 2000. Her luck did not end there. Her daughter Mia came into this world with little chance of survival. But a heart transplant saved her life. Today, Mia is a healthy three-year-old with an affinity for strawberry shortcake and Mickey Mouse. Full of energy and life, Mia is adored by her family, friends and the thousands who read about her on her motherâs blog.
Donât miss as Mimi and Mia share their story of hope and gratitude.
