Oklahoma State University - Osteopathic Scrub Run to benefit Lifeshare Transplant Donor Services


2013 Osteopathic Scrub Run

Races begin at 9 a.m.

The OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine will host the annual Osteopathic Scrub Run on Saturday, March 2 at the OSU Center for Health Sciences. Proceeds from the run will go to support Lifeshare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma and the Sooner Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

The event features a 5K and one-mile fun run, both ChampionChip timed. Racers, casual runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate. At 11 a.m., following the awards ceremony, participants are encouraged to take advantage of a free health fair hosted by OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. Free health screenings and information about maintaining proper health will be available.

RACE INFORMATION AND SCHEDULES

Both the fun run and 5K race are ChampionChip timed. The course starts and finishes at the OSU Center for Health Sciences, located at the corner of West 17th Street and Southwest Boulevard.

Online and in-person pre-registration is available.
Pre-register online at http://www.earlysignup.com/scrubrun.
Pre-register in person and pick up packets from Feb. 25 through March 1 at Tulsa Runner, 9708 Riverside Pkwy, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
Race day registration will be available at OSU-CHS starting at 7 a.m.
